Baby Winston is Budenko, a hound... How his jaw was broken on both sides we don't know, but it was enough for the hunter to want him gone. He has his whole life ahead of him! Winston needs immediate jaw surgery.
Four months old and he has been tortured and left for dead... Winston is nothing more than a hunter's tool, a broken tool that must be discarded, cast aside. One person's trash is another person's treasure. Winston will succeed after surgery... He has our support.
Winston, he's finally having surgery... He has necrotic tissue in his mouth, which could cause postoperative complications, but he can't wait. So keep your fingers crossed and your candles lit... This surgery is hard and long.
Winston does a great job! After this long and complicated surgery, thorough check-ups are carried out to make sure everything is going as it should. There is no infection and he is walking around the hospital with joy.. Today he was given anesthesia for a comprehensive examination that made sure everything was fine. Winston, come on, you got this!
This pup takes everything in his stride and has definitely adapted to living in the clinic (for now) being cared for after surgery. Winston does a great job! We hope he can join us at the Great House soon!
After all, Winston left the hospital and arrived at his new home in the Big House. For the first time, he's free to run and explore like any other dog. It is wonderful to watch his excitement as he finds and loves his new surroundings.
We hope this is only the beginning of his many experiences! Thank you so much for making this happen to you.
